A small Perth team that builds and runs the whole thing
Most technology firms do one or the other: they build something and hand it over, or they support what someone else built. Doing both is the point of KP Nexus.
Most businesses end up with a website from one supplier, IT support from another, and a third party somewhere in the middle who set up the email years ago and no longer answers. When something breaks, everyone has a reason it is not their part.
We built KP Nexus to remove that seam. We build websites, applications and AI agents, and we support the systems around them — so there is one team accountable for the thing working, not three with an opinion about whose fault it is.
We are based in Brabham, in Perth's north-east, and we work across the metro area and regional WA. Projects that do not need someone on site we take Australia-wide.
How we like to work
Every engagement starts with a conversation and a written scope with a fixed price, so you know the number before anything starts. If a scope changes mid-project, we say so before doing the work rather than after. You own the code, the domain and the hosting from day one, and you can take them elsewhere whenever you like.
We would rather tell you that you do not need us yet than sell you something that will sit unused. It costs us a job occasionally. It has never cost us a client.
