This policy explains what personal information KP Nexus collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect the name, business name, email address, phone number and message you provide, along with the service you selected. Our web server also records standard technical information such as your IP address and the time of the request, which is used to prevent abuse of the form.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to engage us, to deliver the work. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered by email to KP Nexus and stored in our email system. We do not disclose it to third parties except where we are required to by law, or where a service provider (such as our email or hosting provider) processes it on our behalf in order to deliver the message to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the purpose above, and for any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run advertising trackers. If that changes — for example if we add analytics — this policy will be updated to say so before it happens.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@kpnexus.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at sales@kpnexus.com.au so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
